When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday-Friday typically ship within 24-48 hours except for our popcorn orders. Each bag of popcorn is made fresh, so there may be an additional delay. Please allow additional processing time and up to 7 business days for your popcorn to ship. If you order popcorn and beef/bacon jerky or licorice, your popcorn might arrive in a separate box.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

The promotions that are currently running on RRG Snacks are the only promotions available at this time.

 

When will you restock a certain item?

Please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the website to be notified of all potential restocks.

 

How long is order processing and shipping?

Jerky, licorice and nut orders will be processed within one business days. Popcorn orders take a bit longer since each bag is popped fresh.

Please allow additional time for your popcorn order to be prepared and shipped. If you order beef or bacon jerky as well, your popcorn might be shipped in a separate package. 

Your order will arrive within 8-10 business days AFTER it ships. Please be patient as shipping carriers are experiencing delays at this time.

 

Where is my order?

Please refer to your tracking number to track your delivery.

 

Do you offer a sampler pack of products?

No, not at this time.

 

What happens if my order says it was delivered but I didn't receive it?

If you selected Guide shipping protection at the time you placed your order, you can file a claim through Guide's website:

https://www.guideprotection.com/protectit/guidepro/

Enter the same email you used to place your order. Your order number is the four digits in the middle of your RRG Snacks order number. Example:

RRG Snacks order #: 234509

Order # to enter into Guide website: 34509

 

What if I didn't order Guide shipping protection and I still haven't received my delivery?

RRG Snacks isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your own to be reimbursed for your shipment.

 

Can I get a refund if I'm unsatisfied with my purchase?

RRG Snacks does not provide refunds. All sales are final. In the event that your order needs to be canceled, you will be issued a store credit for your purchase.

 

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Not at this time.

 

Do you ship to U.S. military bases?

Yes, we do!
